Visit to Maharashtra State Khadi and Village Industries Board (MSKVIB) Head Office, Mumbai

Founder, Sudhamani Social Foundation, Shri Pankaj Gautam, visited the Head Office of Maharashtra State Khadi and Village Industries Board (MSKVIB), Mumbai, and held a very fruitful discussion with Shri Ravindra Sathe, Chairman, MSKVIB, along with senior officers of the Board.

The discussion focused on various MSKVIB schemes and their effective implementation in the Vidarbha region. Special emphasis was given to the Craft Village Project and Mahakhadi business development activities, aimed at strengthening rural livelihoods and promoting khadi- and village industry–based enterprises.

During the visit, Chairman MSKVIB Shri Ravindra Sathe presented a MahaKhadi product gift to Shri Pankaj Gautam as a token of association and goodwill, symbolizing the shared commitment towards strengthening khadi and village industries.

Looking ahead, Sudhamani Social Foundation and MSKVIB are planning to work together through a formal MoU, paving the way for collaborative initiatives. This proposed association is expected to significantly boost rural entrepreneurship, khadi, and village industry activities in the Vidarbha region.
